
INGREDIENTS
1 c. granulated sugar
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp. orange zest
1 cup orange juice
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 lime zest
1 (12-oz.) package of fresh cranberry
Kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine all ingredients but the cranberry bring to a simmer for 3 then Add cranberries and cook until they burst, 10 minutes. Stir in a pinch of salt.
- Remove saucepan from heat and let cool completely, Cranberry sauce can be made 2 to 3 day in advance.
