Ingredients: 

4 potatoes cut into 8 wedges

2 tsp. Rosemary, finely chopped

3 TBSP olive oil 

2 TBSP nutritional yeast flakes 

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1-1/2 tsp. Smoke paprika (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475 degree. Mix potatoes with seasonings except salt, and place on a parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle salt over potatoes and continue to bake until potatoes are golden and crispy.
